One-to-One Conversations

Sometimes people don’t want a group.
They want a private conversation.

These one-to-one conversations are a space to talk about what you’re going through, what you’re dealing with, or what you’re trying to understand about your life.

We talk. We look at what’s going on in your life. And very often, when we really look together, something becomes clearer and things begin to feel different.

What This Is

People come to one-to-one conversations for many different reasons.

Some feel stuck.
Some are very hard on themselves.
Some are dealing with anxiety or overthinking.
Some are grieving.
Some are going through a big life change.
Some just feel lost and don’t know what to do next.

You don’t need a perfect reason.
If you feel like you want to talk, that’s enough.
