A Six-Week Journey Back to Your Innate Peace

For the very first time, Jen and I are coming together to co-teach Awaken to Wellbeing—a gentle, powerful six-week course designed to help you reconnect with the clarity, calm, and wellbeing that’s already within you.

Special Note: This is the last time this program will be offered at half price. Instead of the regular $200, you can join now for just $100 for the full six weeks.

We intentionally keep this a small group experience (around eight people per class) so that everyone has the space to reflect, share, and feel supported. Because of this, spaces are extremely limited.
